Michael Stanton has over 30 years experience in public practice. Many of Michael’s current clients have been with him for this time which attests to his ability to competently service a diverse client base consisting of mining services, manufacturing, retail, professional service and property development entities.
Michael specialises in tax structuring and has assisted many clients in managing their taxation affairs. Having clients at various points in their business cycle has meant Michael has provided tax minimisation advise from startups to retirees.
Michael also has a keen personal interest in the property market that ensures he is abreast of recent tax issues associated with property dealings. Michael has extensive hands-on experience with the purchase and sale of businesses and has successfully advised many clients in this area.
Michael also regularly assists clients with increasing profitability by providing financial insight into their businesses.
Michael won several academic awards whilst completing his university degree, including the Griffith University Award for Academic Excellence.
Outside the office Michael enjoys spending time with his family and actively follows the NRL (Broncos) and Cricket.
